Walking with you to the edge of becoming
I help curious souls, seekers, and growth enthusiasts break free from repeating cycles, regulate their nervous systems, and reclaim true self-love through intentional emotional healing and shadow work.

Serving My Country to Serving Others
I pre-enlisted in the Army at 17 years old during my senior year of high school in 2002. After graduating in 2003, I shipped out to basic training just a month and a half later.
Serving at such a young age shaped me in ways I didn’t fully understand at the time. It taught me discipline, responsibility, resilience, and how to keep moving forward even when things felt uncomfortable or uncertain.
But some of the most important lessons came later.
I learned that strength is not just about pushing through. Sometimes strength looks like slowing down, asking harder questions, recognizing when old ways of coping are no longer working, and allowing yourself to grow beyond the identity you once needed to survive.
My transition from serving my country to serving others has become an important part of who I am as a coach. I bring the same commitment, honesty, steadiness, and sense of responsibility into the space I hold for my clients.
I understand what it means to move through major life transitions, question who you are becoming, and rebuild from the inside out. That perspective allows me to meet people with both compassion and accountability as they navigate their own edge of becoming.
Surviving What Changed Me
There were seasons of my life when I became so focused on surviving, helping, fixing, and holding everything together that I slowly lost touch with myself.
I spent years believing strength meant carrying more, tolerating more, and pushing through whatever was in front of me. I became deeply familiar with over functioning, ignoring my own needs, and measuring my worth by how much I could do for the people around me.
Some of my hardest relationships and life experiences forced me to confront the ways I had abandoned myself in the process of trying to keep everything else from falling apart.
Eventually, I began to understand that survival skills can protect us for a season, but they can also become the very patterns that keep us stuck when the danger has passed.
Learning to create boundaries, recognize my own emotional patterns, listen to my body, and stop taking responsibility for what was never mine to carry changed the way I understood healing.
Those experiences taught me that real growth is not about becoming harder, stronger, or more independent. Sometimes it is about allowing yourself to soften, tell the truth about what is no longer working, and choose yourself without guilt.
That lesson continues to shape how I support others today.

My Awakening Journey
In late 2021, an intense spiritual awakening turned my world inside out. Moving through what I came to understand as the dark night of the soul, ego death, and a complete identity shift required me to confront buried trauma, release old resentments, and question many of the beliefs I had carried for years.
As I learned to regulate my nervous system and listen more deeply to my body, I began experiencing a level of clarity, safety, and self-awareness I hadn’t known before. What initially felt like everything was falling apart ultimately became an invitation to come home to myself.
That experience changed the direction of my life. It revealed my calling to become a grounded, compassionate guide for others navigating their own seasons of healing, transition, and transformation—helping them reconnect with themselves and step more intentionally into who they are becoming.
Becoming the Guide I Needed
For a long time, I was searching for answers—trying to understand why certain patterns kept repeating, why my body reacted the way it did, and why knowing better did not always mean I could do better.
What I needed most was not someone to fix me or tell me who I should become. I needed a grounded space where I could slow down, feel safe enough to be honest with myself, understand what was happening beneath the surface, and be supported without judgment.
Over time, through my own healing, self-awareness, nervous system work, and personal transformation, I began to realize that the kind of support I had been searching for was also the kind of support I felt called to offer others.
That realization led me into coaching.
Today, I create the kind of space I once needed: calm, compassionate, direct, and rooted in both awareness and accountability. I help people recognize the patterns keeping them stuck, reconnect with themselves, and begin making choices from a place of greater clarity, self-trust, and intention.
Edge of Becoming was born from that journey.
Not from having everything figured out, but from learning how to meet myself honestly, move through change with greater awareness, and become someone I could trust.
Now, I have the privilege of helping others do the same.
I help curious souls, seekers, and growth-minded individuals break free from repeating patterns, strengthen nervous system regulation, and reconnect with genuine self-love through intentional emotional healing.
